Description
Seven chops or 4 depending on what else is going on with your meal, and how much meat you like to eat in one go. You can roast this piece on a high heat for a short time (15-25 mins), then leave to rest and slice the chops neatly. Lamb carries on cooking after you remove it from the oven, so bear that in mind when considering your cooking times. Its best served pink, with some redcurrant jelly or mint sauce.
